Home Repair and Improvement

It had to be the toolbelt. Rodney'd dealt with the plumbers just fine - no stammering or sweating or babbling at all. Of course, the plumbers had all proven that there was some sort of shortage of belts in the greater L.A. area, so he really shouldn't be reacting so strongly to this particular belt.

The drywall guy waved the babble away and stepped into the apartment. "Kitchen?"

Rodney pointed, then followed the toolbelt (and a really nice ass) into his mostly-destroyed kitchen.

"Plumbing issues, huh?" The drywall guy pulled a tape measure out of one of the toolbelt's pockets.

An hour and a half later, the wall was smooth and whole again. Rodney had hoisted himself up onto one of the counters to watch.

The drywall guy turned to look at him, stepping just slightly closer than necessary and smiling slow and lazy. "It's done," he said. "You got anything else I need to work on?"

Rodney reached out and hooked his fingers into the toolbelt and pulled the drywall guy between his legs. Rodney dragged him down for a rough kiss. Oh, yeah, Rodney thought. Home repair and roleplaying was the best combination since peanut butter and jelly.
